TAMU System AI Framework Interface

For Faculty/Staff Access:

The AI Chat interface provided by TAMU System presents the end user with multiple LLM models from a single login.

To request access to https://chat.employee.etamu.ai/

  1. Please submit an ITSAR form with  the Resource Type set to "Application" and the Resource Name as appOffice365-EtamuDotAI.  See settings below, you can leave filter options set to "All."  Once you select the resource name, it should populate the rest of the form accordingly.

  1. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once the access has been granted.  This usually takes about a day.
  2. You can then access the chat interface from https://chat.employee.etamu.ai/
    1. You may get a Microsoft log in prompt.  Input your @tamuc e-mail address and your AD password.  These are the same credentials currently used to access

 

Note:

 

As of Spring 2026, there is no cost to our employees to use the resource. 

There is a daily token limit set by the system, that usually resets each day between 6 and 7 PM
