TROUBLESHOOTING INFO

  • If you're facing issues with WebFOCUS, please clear your browser cache and close all browser windows. Sometimes, even after correcting a problem, cached pages can continue to show the same error.
  • Avoid submitting the same process multiple times within a short period of time as it often overloads the system.
  • If the portal seems slow, give it some time to process before retrying.
  • For errors, missing reports and automated report errors, open a ticket with CITE and please include:
    • File name and path
    • Parameters used
    • Error message received
    • Screenshot of the issue
    • Priority level (this helps us allocate resources better)
  • Example: When I tried to run the Reclamation_of_Students_from_Prior_Term report located under Registration/Standard Reports/enrollment using 201420 as the Current Term and 201480 as the Future Term, I received the following error: <ERROR MESSAGE> /screenshot/
  • Updates: No new updates at this time. Any future updates will be communicated via email.
