1. Click on the lion logo surrounded by a black gear at the bottom right of your screen

2. A box appears showing multiple useful IT services, hover on the items to see sub menu and select the service you like.

Service

1. IT Support

  • Submit Ticket – opens the page to submit a ticket with IT
  • View My Open Tickets – leads to the client portal page to view created open tickets with IT
  • Knowledge Base – opens the IT knowledge base articles webpage
  • Open CITE Webpage – opens the CITE home page

2. Software Self Install

  • A list of commonly used software installers is available.
  • This allows users to install software without assistance from a technician and without requiring administrator credentials.
  • When a software item is selected, an installation prompt appears, and the process typically completes within 5–10 minutes.

       Note: It may take a while for the software to install

3. Self Service

  • A list of scripts for repeated issues specific to certain classrooms.  
  • This list is still in progress and can be ignored if not needed.

4. About

  • Window popup that displays information about CITE and the asset number of your machine (which can also be found on the label at the bottom of the device).
