East Texas provides a university email for life. However, if there is no login activity for 180 days, the account is locked. After one year of inactivity the account gets disabled.
Students can re-enable dormant leomail accounts by contacting the IT Help Desk via phone at 903-468-6000 or via email at HelpDesk@etamu.edu
This process requires visual identification verification to be successfully completed, which is usually a Zoom call or similar.
